Prices for Doctor DCC's installation services are to be announced shortly. There will be a flexible pricing schedule based on the type of install and any additional optional items desired, such as rotary beacons, ditch lights, or LED conversions. All prices will include an appropriate decoder, decoder programming, a configuration sheet listing all Configuration Variables (CVs) and their settings, and return shipping via insured USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that not all locos are created equal. Some are simple to upgrade to DCC, some take a slight amount of work, some take large amounts of modifications, and some are nearly impossible. For this reason, decoder installation services by Doctor DCC will first require an initial email communication with the information on the loco to be converted. This will help protect both of us, and you will know up front what to expect your install to cost.
Some photos of my work are on this site and elsewhere. Since then, I have acquired a better quality digital camera, so look for new, better photos of more recent installs soon.
